MIXED USE PROJECT PHASE 1

Tüfekciyusuf Urban Transformation Project is located in South Turkey’s Gaziantep city with almost 2 million people which is one of the attraction points and center of economy in this region. The project aims to create a new district that is modern, safe and smart liveable with its contemporary standards.

This project is based on 200 hectare (Phase 1: 570.000 sqm) with versatile functionalities including residential units, commercial districts, hotels, retail locations, offices , healthcare centres, education zones and social facilities.

Tüfekciyusuf Urban Transformation Project will also transform and move the large organized industrial zone (OIZ) in the project area that stuck in the city centre to a new modern reserved area and will bring a sustainable district with modern infrastructure and smart city facilities.
